Venture Equestrian ships Australia Wide. Order will be processed up to 7 business days. Australia post will provide you with your tracking information, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Australia post may experience delays out of our control.
Return and Exchange policy
We want you to love your product! Venture thoroughly check all items for damage before being sent out, it is highly unlikely to receive a damaged item. If damaged, you are entitled to an exchange or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible.
Exchanges or refunds will not be provided if:

you purchase an incorrect size

you purchase a discounted, sale product or final sale item

the product has been taken out of its original packaging

product has been worn or misused

you damaged the product

Exchanges or refunds will not be provided for clothing items or custom clothing items. Store credit for non-custom clothing items only. No store credit for custom clothing items.

All product return associated shipping costs will need to be paid for by the customer. Please contact us via instagram or email to start a return.
